About Pawcroft

Pawcroft was born from a desire to combine the understated, rugged character of the British countryside with the leather-working expertise of León, Guanajuato, Mexico. We believe a dog's accessories should be more than something they wear. They should be made with care, built to last and develop character through everyday use.

Our pieces are handcrafted in a small artisan workshop in León, established in 1997. Today, a team of seven experienced women artisans continues a tradition of leather-working passed down through generations. Each collar and lead goes through careful leather preparation, cutting, shaping, assembly, edge finishing, hardware fitting and final inspection.

We use premium full-grain leather sourced from a specialist tannery in León, alongside carefully selected hardware chosen for its quality, character and longevity. Rather than hiding the natural variations in the leather, we embrace them. With time and use, each piece softens and develops its own distinctive patina.

In an age of mass production, Pawcroft takes a slower, more considered approach. Every piece reflects the materials, craftsmanship and attention to detail behind it, creating accessories designed to become part of your dog's story.
